ORDER Regarding Supplemental Briefing. The Court previously entered an order, ECF No. 62, authorizing limited expedited jurisdictional discovery. That order stated that the Court would enter a subsequent order regarding supplemental briefing on the motion to remand as a result of this jurisdictional discovery. Id. at 2. Accordingly, in consultation with the presiding District Judge, the Magistrate Judge imposes the following schedule and page limitations for supplemental briefing regarding 30 Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand: The Amazon Defendants have up to and including August 24, 2026, to file a supplemental brief to the motion to remand, which is limited to five (5) double-spaced pages, and Plaintiffs have up to and including August 31, 2026, to file a supplemental brief limited to five (5) double-spaced pages.
