NO. 618, AND GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS THE ACTION AND ALL CLAIMS, WITH PREJUDICE, AS BETWEEN PLAINTIFFS AND NATHAN BOULAIS [DKT. NOS. 797-98] by Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong. Having reviewed the Stipulation and Motion, and noting that no opposition has been filed, and finding good cause therefor, the Court hereby ORDERS that: The award set forth in Order Dkt. No. 618, which awarded Boulais his attorneys' fees of $592,976 and costs of $47,021.43, for a total of $639,997.43, has been fully and finally satisfied and is of no further force or effect. All claims by Skye Orthobiologics, LLC and Skye Biologics Holdings, LLC (f/k/a Human Regenerative Technologies, LLC) against Nathan Boulais are dismissed with prejudice. Nathan Boulais is dismissed from this action. Skye Orthobiologics, LLC, Skye Biologics Holdings, LLC (f/k/a Human Regenerative Technologies, LLC) and Nathan Boulais shall bear their own costs and fees as to the Motion. IT IS SO ORDERED.
