Defendant seeks to remove Attorney Ethan Featherstone from the list of counsel and from the electronic service system because he is no longer attorney of record in this case. Id. Defendant will continue to be represented by Attorneys Michael Ayers and Christopher Lund from the law firm Godon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Remove Attorney from Electronic Service List (ECF No. 109 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court must remove Ethan Featherstone's name from CM/ECF and the docket so that he no longer receives electronic service of materials filed in this case.
