(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: On July 13, the Court issued an order to show cause (OSC) re sanctions because the parties twice failed to file their Rule 26(f) report as ordered. Dkt. No. 13. The parties were ordered to "each file a declaration addressing the OSC" in advance of a July 31 OSC hearing. Plaintiff's counsel, Calvin Jukyung Park, has not filed the declaration. No later than 10:00 a.m. on July 27, 2026, counsel shall file his declaration addressing the original OSC, as well as this additional failure to comply with Court orders.
