("GHM"), and his Florida counsel, Burstyn Law PLLC ("Burstyn Law") rendered between July 23, 2026 Through and Including August 22, 2026 (the "Applicat ion Period") in the amount of $36,256.83 is allowed as an interim allowance, and reimbursement of expenses advanced by the Receiver and GHM during the Application Period in the amount of $2,414.70 is allowed as an interim disbursement payment.. ORDER HOLDING MEDIA DEPORETS MEXICO IN CONTEMPT AND APPOINTING RECEIVER OVER MEDIA DEPORTES MEXICO granting 268 Motion for Sanctions. Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion to Hold Media Deportes Mexico in Contempt and Appoint Receiver, having considered the briefs, declarations, and accompanying exhibits, Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED. As further set forth in this Order. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that MDM is held in further contempt of court. MDM may purge itself of its c ontempt by coming into compliance with the Court's orders, including the Court's temporary restraining order, ECF No. 29, preliminary injunction, ECF No. 49, contempt orders, see, e.g., ECF No. 44, 73, and asset freeze orders, ECF Nos. 73, 95.; and it is further ORDERED that the scope of the receivership previously appointed over Mexico Sports Distribution LLC, ECF No. 227. is hereby expanded to include MDM. Accordingly, Robert Seiden (the "Receiver") is appointed to act as receiver of MDM with the same powers as those granted to him over MSD. As further set forth in this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
