Telephone Conference
MINUTE ENTRY ORDER FOR TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE held on 8/21/2026. before District Judge S. Chad Meredith: This matter was called for proceeding with counsel present as noted. The Court notified the parties that he was the speaker at a Summer Social that the Northern Kentucky Federalist Society Chapter held at the DBL Law firms Covington, Kentucky, office. The Court informed the parties that the Court does not believe his speaking at that event requires his recusal in this matter, but he nevertheless desired to inform the parties and invite their views as to whether recusal is warranted.
