Status Report Order
ORDER: The Court's June 26, 2026 Order directed each of the Plaintiffs to file a letter indicating whether he or she intends to proceed pro se or dismiss the case if no new counsel appeared by July 27, 2026. No new counsel appeared for any Plaintiffs and no letters were filed. On August 13, 2026, the Court extended the time for Plaintiffs to file their letters to August 27, 2026. No letters were filed.
Plaintiffs are afforded one last opportunity to file a letter by September 14, 2026, indicating whether they intend to proceed pro se or dismiss the case. Failure to file a letter by this date will result in a dismissal of the case for failure to prosecute. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo on 8/31/2026. (KS)
