ORDER RE REQUEST BY PLAINTIFF AMER KURIC FOR THE COURT TO CONTINUE TO RETAIN JURISDICTION TO VACATE THE ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND REOPEN THIS ACTION UNTIL OCTOBER 5, 2026 (DKT. 57 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt. The Request is GRANTED, as follows: The Court retains jurisdiction to vacate the Order Dismissing Case Without Prejudice (Dkt. 54) and reopen this action until October 5, 2026. Any request by any party(ies) that the Court do so shall make a showing of good cause as to why the settlement agreement has not been consummated within the additional 14-day period, and when the party(ies) making the request reasonably expect that process to be concluded. This Order does not preclude the filing of a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, which does not require the approval of the Court. Such a stipulation shall be filed on or before October 5, 2026, or by such later date ordered by the Court pursuant to a stipulation by the parties that conforms to the requirements of a showing of good cause stated above.
