Order on Motion to Continue
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Continue September 16, 2026 Hearing. ECF No. 219 . Upon due consideration of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and the relevant authorities, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion, ECF No. 219 , is GRANTED and the Oral Argument scheduled for September 16, 2026 is CANCELLED. In the Motion, Defendant requests that Oral Argument be rescheduled to a date after September 21, 2026. Until oral argument takes place, the following motions are STAYED: (i) Defendant's Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Costs Regarding Plaintiff's Civil Theft Claim, ECF No. 132 ; (ii) Defendant's Motion for Entitlement to Attorneys' Fees and Costs as the Prevailing Party Under the Parties' Agreement, ECF No. 203 ; and (iii) Defendant's Bill of Costs, ECF No. 195 .
