ORDER Regarding 3 Show-Cause Order. The Court has reviewed the Amened Notice of Removal, ECF No. 4, filed in response to the Court's show-cause order. The Amended Notice addresses the deficiencies raised in the show-cause order, and so the Court will not recommend dismissal. However, on or before September 18, 2026, Plaintiff and Defendant Taejoo Kim must file a Rule 7.1 disclosure statement or an amended disclosure statement that fully complies with the rule by making clear where each individual is domiciled. Defendant Kim's Rule 7.1 disclosure statement, ECF No. 6, alleges only his residence. Plaintiff Amber Myers has failed to file a Rule 7.1 disclosure statement by the September 9, 2026 deadline imposed in the show-cause order, ECF No. 3.
