ELECTRONIC ORDER. Before the Court is Defendant Dallas Countys Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Joseph W. Spence as Counsel and to Substitute Attorney Cherie K. Batsel as Lead Attorney, (Doc. 21 ). Having considered the Motion, the Court GRANTS it. It is, therefore, ORDERED that: (1) Joseph W. Spence is hereby withdrawn as attorney of record for Defendant Dallas County in this action, (2) Dallas County Assistant District Attorney Cherie K.
