IT IS ORDERED that 58 Stipulation for Extension of Time is GRANTED. Discovery cutoff deadline is October 12, 2026. Dispositive Motions deadline is November 9, 2026. Proposed Joint Pretrial Order deadline is December 7, 2026. If dispositive motions are filed, the deadline for filing the joint pretrial order will be suspended until 30 days after decision on the dispositive motions or further court order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants deposition of plaintiff shall take place on September 4, 2026. The plaintiffs deposition of John Haskell shall take place on September 17, 2026. The plaintiffs deposition of Luke Pearson shall take place on September 16, 2026. The plaintiffs deposition of the SOC, LLC 30(b)6 designee/s shall take place the week of September 28, 2026 October 2, 2026. The depositions cannot be moved without a court order.
