   MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER: On May 28, 2026, Defendant moved for a mediation referral order in advance of the trial scheduled in this matter for August 26, 2026. ECF No. 77. On June 11, 2026, Plaintiff indicated that it would not oppose the motion. ECF No. 81. The motion is therefore GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that this case is referred for mediation to the Court-annexed Mediation Program. The parties are hereby notified that Local Rule 83.9 shall govern the mediation and are directed to participate in the mediation in good faith. The mediation will have no effect upon any scheduling Order issued by this Court without leave of this Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate ECF No. 77.
