The Court's Standing Order provides that "[e]very motion, pleading, or other paper must attach to the filing a separate declaration, signed under penalty of perjury, disclosing the use or non-use of generative Artificial Intelligence ("AI")[.]" Dkt. 19 at 2-3. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the preparer of the pending motion to submit a declaration attesting to the use or non-use of AI in connection with the pending Motion to Dismiss by no later than end of day, Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
