IN CHAMBERS ORDER by Judge R. Gary Klausner: Order Re: Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration 121 , (docket no. 131). Court GRANTS in part the Motion for Reconsideration. Thus, the Clerk shall reopen this case. The Court also GRANTS Plaintiff leave to amend the Rollover, TRA, and Special Committee Statements, as well as any allegations necessa1y to sustain loss causation for the loss of appraisal rights theo1y. The Section 20(a) claim is hereby reinstated. Any amended complaint shall be filed no later than seven (7) days of this Order's issuance.3 As the case has been reopened, the Special Committee Defendants' Motion for Reconsideration (ECF No. 102) is now reinstated and because it is fully briefed, it is taken under submission. Defendants' Motion to Stay the Case (ECF No. 119) is hereby reinstated and set for hearing on October 26, 2026. Opposition to the Motion to Stay the Case shall be due by October 9, 2026. Reply, if any, shall be due October 16, 2026. (lc)
