Minute Order Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Carla Baldwin on 9/4/2026. On September 2, 2026, Plaintiff filed a motion regarding discovery dispute pursuant to the discovery dispute mechanism contained in the Court's standing order. (ECF No. 307 .) However, during the case management conference held on June 26, 2024, the Court "suspend[ed] her discovery dispute mechanism in this case and direct[ed] that counsel have leave to file discovery motions if they are unable to resolve the issue after one meet and confer." (ECF No. 60 at 2.) Thus, Plaintiff's motion regarding discovery dispute, (ECF No. 307 ), is DENIED. Plaintiff may file a motion to compel as it pertains to this discovery issue. IT IS SO ORDERED.
