ENDORSED ORDER to strike. Plaintiff, Bernard Pepper, filed an objection to non-party subpoenas duces tecum without identifying supportive statutes or caselaw. (Doc. 23). Thus, the Court will not take any action as to the objection because it was not filed by a party or non-party commanded to produce documents. Further, written objections are to be served on the party or attorney designated in the subpoenas, not filed with the court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(d)(2)(B). That said, Plaintiff, Bernard Pepper, may seek relief from the Court by proper Motion. See generally M.D. Fla. R. 3.01(b). Accordingly, the paper is deemed stricken.
