ORDER granting 41 Nancy DeSoto's motion to modify 19 the court's injunction and stay this federal action. 19 The injunction is modified only to the extent that DeSoto may bring a state-court action against Affordable Boating of North Florida, LLC, and Constance Koonce. The modification is conditioned on the stipulations in the order. This action is stayed pending the resolution of the state-court action. By December 10, 2026, and every 90 days thereafter, DeSoto must notify the court of the status of the state-court action. The court directs the clerk to administratively close the case.
