Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Lynn Adelman: Status Conference held on 7/14/2026. The Court requested more information from the Attorney Bjorkquist regarding her late filing. Attorney Bjorkquist explained she did not receive notification of the filings due to technical difficulties. The Court finds excusable neglect and grants the motion for extension of time (ECF No. 37 ). Plaintiff's responses to the motions to dismiss are considered timely filed. The parties discussed the necessity of having all three levels of union and the possibility of settlement. The Court preliminarily grants the motion to dismiss defendants International Longshoremen's Association and the Great Lakes District Council, subject to the plaintiff's voluntary dismissal. Plaintiff's counsel is directed to file a letter tomorrow, July 15, 2026, stating whether her client will agree to dismiss any defendants. Any remaining parties will have 14 days following the filing of the letter to reply to plaintiffs opposition to the motions to dismiss. (Court Reporter Thomas Malkiewicz.) (amh)
