ENGLAND, INC.'S TIME TO RESPOND TO INITIAL COMPLAINT, and (iii)MEMORIALIZE THE PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT BEING SERVED 12 by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation is GRANTED: 1.The deadline for C.R. England, Inc. to move, answer, or otherwise respond to the initial Complaint shall be thirty (30) days after the ruling on C.R.
