Defendant must file a Status Report by close of business on 10/23/2026. Plaintiff must file a responsive Status Report by close of business on 10/28/2026. The parties' Status Reports must include: (1) argument (with attached documentary evidence and declarations) regarding whether the amounts expended for hillside stabilization and repaving offset any part of the $900,000 budget; and (2) a proposal for allocating the remaining budget to the improvements agreed to in paragraph 5 of the Settlement Agreement.
By close of business on 9/25/2026, Defendant must produce to Plaintiffs information and supporting documentation regarding the following: (1) whether SDG&E will provide the City with "as-built" information for electrical connections at the nearby fire station, and the timing for receipt of that information; (2) copies of the City's communication(s) with SDG&E regarding a requisite energy consultant in connection with efforts to supply an electrical source at the Mission Valley lot; (3) cost estimates for a pump-out station; and (4) a spreadsheet and related details associated with placement of a main water line, including costs and usages for that line.
By 10/16/2026, Defendant must produce all non-privileged documents to Plaintiffs describing the work performed on the hillside stabilization and repaving of the Mission Valley lot, the reason(s) the work was performed, and an itemization of the costs of performing that work.
