For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion to dismiss the amended complaint (Dkt 20) is granted insof ar as Count V of the amended complaint is dismissed with prejudice and Counts IV and VI through X against Individual Defendants are dismissed, albeit without prejudice to a motion for leave to amend the latter mentioned Counts as to the Individual De fendants no later than September 3, 2026, with any such motion to include a copy of the proposed amended complaint and a red-lined version of the proposed amended complaint marked to show changes from the first amended complaint.
