TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff filed its complaint on February 23, 2026, followed several weeks later with a motion for a temporary restraining order. That motion was granted in part, and the case was referred to mediation. No settlement was reached. The docket reflects that a summons was issued on April 16, 2026, but has yet to be returned. Plaintiff's time to serve Defendant with process under Rule 4(m) officially elapsed on May 25, 2026. Nonetheless, given the emergency motions and the parties' attempt at early resolution, the failure to serve Defendant thus far is understandable.
