Oral Order
ORAL ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties’ September 3, 2026 letter identifying their respective motions selected for argument at the September 18, 2026 hearing, which total approximately 200 pages of briefing. (D.I. 934 ) The Court will not be able to adequately address that much briefing with the parties in the time allocated for the hearing, nor can the Court reasonably prepare for the hearing with that many pages of briefing to review. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that by no later than September 8, 2026, the parties shall file a joint letter advising the Court of the two motions (of the three listed per side in the September 3 letter) that each respective side selects to be argued at the hearing (for a total of four motions that will be addressed at the hearing). Ordered by Judge Christopher J. Burke on 09/04/2026. (sam)
