ORDER: Federal district courts have a duty to examine whether federal subject matter jurisdiction exists. Having reviewed 13 Amended Complaint and 23 Parkhill Defendants' Amended Answer, Crossclaims, and Third Party Complaint, subject matter jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367. For diversity purposes, LLCs obtain the citizenship of each of their members. See Lighton Indus., Inc. v. Allied World Nat'l Assurance Co., 348 F. Supp. 3d 167, 180 (E.D.N.Y. 2018). Therefore, Parkhill Imaging, LLC; Parkhill Imaging Clearfork, LLC; Elite Diagnostic Imaging LLC; and EDI Management, LLC are each directed to file a Rule 7.1 Disclosure Statement, on or before February 6, 2026.
