Specifically, the motion is GRANTED as to the States' claims that Actavis unlawfully conspired with regard to (1) Ammonium Lactate cream and lotion, (2) Desonide lotion in 2011, and (3) Fluocinonide solution with Sandoz. As to all other drugs for which Actavis seeks summary judgment, including claims related to Desonide lotion in 2013 and a market-allocation agreement with Taro on Fluocinonide solution, the motion is denied.Signed by Judge Michael P Shea on 07/08/2026.
