ORDER: With good cause shown and no objection, Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED. 13 . Plaintiff's deadline to file an opening brief is EXTENDED to 8/28/2026. The Court now ADVISES Plaintiff that multiple extensions of time in Social Security appeals are disfavored because such appeals arise from a claimants challenging personal circumstances and need to be timely adjudicated. Therefore, the parties should expect that this Court will continue to carefully review any future extension motions for the requisite good cause, especially those filed after an initial extension of time has already been granted.
