Order on Motion to Show Cause
ORDER granting 1157 Plaintiffs' Renewed Motion for Order to Show Cause to the extent that the Telemarketing Defendants (Wilson, Folk, and Pandora Servicing, LLC) and Intermarketing Media, LLC, are now ordered to show cause why they should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with the Court's 1153 Amended Fee Order. An in-person evidentiary hearing will be held on September 22, 2026, at 1:00 pm in Courtroom 3B in Orlando, Florida. The parties and their counsel must appear in person. No requests to appear remotely will be entertained. If good cause is not shown, the Court will enter appropriate sanctions at a later date. Additionally, the parties must present any witness or exhibit list by September 11, 2026; and participate in an IN-PERSON PRE-HEARING MEDIATION no later than September 15, 2026. No requests to conduct the mediation remotely will be entertained. If a notice of mediation indicating the name of the mediator and the date, time, and location of the in-person mediation does not appear in the file by 9:00 am on August 26, 2026, the Court will sua sponte appoint a mediator and issue an order directing counsel to appear for the mediation on a date and time the Court selects.
