Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: The parties' proposed discovery schedule is SO ORDERED. The joint lab inspection and exam shall be completed by 10/29/2026. Fact discovery shall be completed by 5/31/2027. All discovery shall be completed by 7/31/2027. The parties shall begin dispositive motion practice according to Judge Gujarati's individual rules by 8/31/2027. The parties are reminded that if there is a problem during the joint lab inspection, they must contact Chambers by telephone immediately.
A status conference will be held on 11/18/2026 @ 10:30 AM before Magistrate Judge Eichenholtz in a courtroom to be determined. If the parties intend to raise any discovery disputes at that conference, they shall file a joint status letter explaining their positions no later than one week before the conference.
