SCHEDULING ORDER: Plaintiffs are expected to expeditiously serve the amended complaint and summons.
In light of the summons issued at ECF No. 17 for a new Defendant in this action, the 9/15/2026 initial conference is adjourned to 10/21/2026 at 11:45 AM before Chief Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon via ZoomGov.
