ENDORSED ORDER denying 18 Motion for Exemption from PACER Fees. Text of Order: The motion for an exemption from PACER user fees (Doc. No. 18) is denied. Plaintiff is a conventional filer, and the court mails all orders and notices. To date, plaintiff has filed prompt responses, when appropriate. The motion falls short of establishing that PACER fees are an unreasonable burden on a party's ability to prosecute this lawsuit. Free access to the public docket of a case is available at the courthouse during the hours the clerk's office is open, and copies of documents may be obtained for a fee. See Local Rule Appendix A ("AP") 5.1, 28 U.S.C. § 1914. Additionally, a member of the public may use a PACER login and password to obtain electronic access to the electronic docket and documents for which a user fee will be assessed.
