   Status Conference

   MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry: A telephone status conference was held in this case on 07/06/2026. Steven T. Henesy appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs. Alexandra Wolff and Steven Frankel appeared on behalf of the Defendants.

   As discussed on the record, Plaintiffs still seek to amend the Complaint. (See ECF No. 46 .) Recently retained defense counsel adopts the arguments made by prior defense counsel. (See ECF No. 50 .) The parties shall appear for a motion hearing on 07/08/2026 at 04:15 PM, for which a separate scheduling order shall issue.

   The parties further reported progress with discovery and informed the Court of potential discovery disputes regarding document production and ESI. Any discovery motion will be held in abeyance (without prejudice) pending the outcome of Plaintiffs' motion to amend. The parties are strongly encouraged to meet and confer and attempt to resolve discovery disputes before filing any motion with the Court.
