When Mr. Harris sought pro hac vice admission and filed a notice of appearance for non-party Fortress Health Ltd., he erroneously added "Esq. Jonathan Beryl Harris for Non-Party Fortress Health Ltd" as a plaintiff on the docket. Dkt. Nos. 42 , 43 . Mr. Harris then moved on behalf of non-party Fortress Health Ltd. to quash Plaintiffs' subpoena directed to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.. Dkt. No. 46 . On August 18, 2026, the Court denied the motion to quash. Minute Entry, dated Aug. 18, 2026. Mr. Harris, using Fortress Health Ltd. letterhead, now moves to withdraw as attorney of record for Fortress Health Ltd., citing irreconcilable differences. Dkt. No. 52 . As Fortress Health Ltd. is not a party to this action and the motion to quash has been denied, Mr. Harris's motion is denied. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate "Esq.
