ORDER re 46 - 47 Requests for a Hearing Regarding Discovery Disputes, filed by PENN YAN AERO INC, RPM TECHNIK INC. The volume of disputes in this case suggests that the parties have not meaningfully conferred. See Von Hirsch v. Olson, No. 2:21-cv-00107-NT, 2022 WL 1093650, at *1 (D. Me. Apr. 12, 2022) ("The sheer volume of discovery disputes in this case is a red flag that sufficiently meaningful conferral efforts are not taking place between the parties." (cleaned up)). Therefore, the parties are ORDERED to immediately schedule a face-to-face meeting to discuss and attempt to resolve each discrete issue raised in the requests. If any disputes remain, the parties shall file a short joint status report by August 3, 2026, detailing as to each unresolved dispute (1) the nature of the dispute, (2) the time spent discussing the dispute, and (3) the arguments and compromises offered by each side regarding the dispute.
