   ORDER Signed by Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings on 8/21/2026 granting (18) Motion to Consolidate Cases in case 3:26-cv-00167-RGJ. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), the Court hereby consolidates Norris v. Humana, Inc. et al, No. 3:26-cv-167-RGJ; McKinney v. Humana et al, No. 3:26-cv-171-RGJ; Harn v. Centerwell Certified Health Corp. et al, No. 3:26-cv-174-RGJ; Toor v. Humana et al, No. 3:26-cv-177-RGJ; Meaney-Grube v. Centerwell Certified Healthcare Corp. et al, No. 3:26-cv-189-RGJ; and Friedman v. Centerwell Pharmacy, Inc. and Humana, Inc., 3:26-cv-176-RGJ, under the new title "In re Humana and Centerwell Data Security Incident Litigation". No further filings shall be made in the McKinney, Harn, Toor, Meaney-Grube, and Friedman actions, which shall be administratively closed. The Consolidated Complaint shall be filed within the next forty-five (45) days. All papers previously filed and served to date in the Related Actions are deemed part of the record in the Consolidated Action. Defendants shall file a Notice of Related Case whenever a case that should be consolidated into this action is filed in, or transferred to, this District. Defendants shall have sixty (60) days from the date on which Plaintiffs file the Consolidated Complaint to file a response thereto. The following proposed firms and their counsel are appointed and shall serve as overall Plaintiffs' Interim Co-Lead Counsel, in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(g)(3) (*see order).
