   Minute Order Vacating Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference ("ENE/CMC") and Setting Settlement Disposition Conference ("SDC"). The parties filed a Joint Notice of Settlement. ECF No. 5 . Therein, they represent that the parties reached a settlement and anticipate dismissing the case with prejudice within 90 days. Id. Therefore, the Court hereby VACATES the ENE/CMC set for August 13, 2026, and related deadlines, and SETS a telephonic SDC for August 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Only counsel are required to appear. Teleconference information will be provided two days prior to the SDC.
   
   If the parties have not settled as to attorneys' fees: (i) by no later than August 3, 2026, Plaintiff SHALL make a written demand to Defendant for the recovery of fees and costs, attaching the itemized billing records that support the demand; (ii) by no later than August 10, 2026, the parties SHALL meet and confer regarding Plaintiff's demand; and (iii) by no later than August 17, 2026, the parties SHALL either advise the Court by joint email to Chambers (efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov) that they have resolved their dispute as to attorneys' fees or lodge with the Court Plaintiff's counsel's itemized billing records.
   
   The parties SHALL NOT file any attorneys' fee motion prior to the SDC. The Court will automatically vacate the SDC if the parties file a joint motion to dismiss prior to the SDC. Signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres on July 20, 2026. (no document attached) (cxs2)
