ORDER. The court held a case-management conference on August 17, 2026. For the reasons stated on the record during the conference, it is ORDERED that the parties confer and, no later than August 31, 2026, submit (i) an agreed proposed protective order, (ii) an agreed proposed scheduling order, and (iii) a joint notice stating proposed deadlines in the event the court determines that discovery should be conducted in phases. It is further ORDERED that the four motions the Greers filed on August 17, 2026, Dkts. 46 , 47 , 48 , 49 , are STRUCK for noncompliance with the court's local rules. If the Greers choose to refile one or more of those motions, the motion or motions must comply with all applicable rules, including the court's local rules mentioned at the case-management conference. See Loc. R. CV-7(a)(2) (setting a 15-page limit for non-dispositive motions), CV-10 (setting standards governing filings generally, including that filings must be double-spaced and in a font no smallerthan 12-point type).
