In consideration of the parties' request for an IDC on dates that are past the extended discovery cutoff, the Court finds that the Request for IDC has not been filed with sufficient time to permit the challenged responses to be obtained before the discovery cutoff if the motion is granted, and does not comply with the Court's Scheduling and Trial Order. (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Sunshine S. Sykes: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' status report. [Dkt. No. 39 ]. In light of the information contained therein, the Court ORDERS that upon the resolution of the criminal proceeding, the parties shall file proposed pretrial and trial dates, and Plaintiffs shall file a notice indicating whether they intend to proceed on the First Amended Complaint filed on April 29, 2025, or file a second amended complaint.
