Re: 93 Motion to Withdraw.
In their motion to withdraw, Defendant's counsel does not include a last known address for the Defendant. The Court cannot remove counsel from the docket without adding an address at which Defendant can receive court filings to the docket. So, the Court will DEFER ruling on the motion to withdraw and will REQUIRE Defendant's counsel to file a notice of Defendant's last known address at which he can receive Court filings. Defendant's counsel must file this notice on or before October 8, 2026.
