ORDER: 12 MOTION to Withdraw Mark P. Glago as Attorney: In person hearing set for 8/25/2026 10:15 AM before Judge Jay C. Zainey. The movant attorney must be present at the hearing. Plaintiff, Ms. Rebecca Wuorio, must also attend this hearing. If the Plaintiff has a scheduling conflict or other hardship that would prevent her from attending the hearing then she must contact the Court at 504-589-7590 no later than 48 hours before the hearing to inform the Court of the scheduling issue. The Plaintiff is advised that if she fails to appear for the hearing without having contacted the Court in advance to report a scheduling conflict then the Court will assume that she is no longer interested in pursuing her claims and her lawsuit will be dismissed. FURTHER: If Plaintiff retains a new attorney, and if her new attorney moves to enroll prior to the hearing, the Court will grant the motion to withdraw and cancel the hearing as being moot. FURTHER ORDERED: Movant attorney shall immediately forward a copy of this Order to the plaintiff at her last known address, certified mail return receipt requested, in order to ensure that she receives notice of the hearing.
