Bnkr.), this action is STAYED pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 362(a). All pending motions are DENIED as moot. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a status report regarding the bankruptcy proceedings on August 31, 2026, and every 180 days thereafter, or within 14 days of either the Bankruptcy Court's resolution of any challenge to the scope of the stay or the termination of the bankruptcy proceedings. ORDER: A petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filed by Allbound Carriers Inc. has been brought to the Court's attention. See In re Allbound Carrier Inc., 26-bk-06532 (N.D. Ill. Bnkr.). The filing of a bankruptcy petition functions to automatically stay civil proceedings against the debtor. See 11 U.SC. § 362(a)(1). Therefore, the Court will stay this case as to Allbound Carriers Inc. unless, by May 5, 2026, plaintiff shows cause in writing why the case should not be stayed.
