OPINION and ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Novak's claims for a share of the settlement funds the States recovered from Walgreens. Novak's motion for a declaratory judgment ( Dkt. 84 ) is denied. Novak's share claims are dismissed without prejudice to their assertion in the courts of the respective States. The retention of jurisdiction over Novak's share claims in the orders of April 21, 2025, and October 23, 2 025, is withdrawn. (Dkt. 72 at 45; Dkt. 82 2(2).)
