ORDER re: 65 Memorandum & Opinion. Following a telephone conference with the parties, and for the reasons stated on the record, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. As soon as practicable, the parties shall meet and confer regarding the amount o wed to CFSP. If the parties are able to resolve the issue, no later than September 23, 2026, they shall file a joint letter or stipulation as to the amount owed. 2. If the parties continue to disagree about the amount owed, no later than September 23 , 2026, Defendants shall file their response to Plaintiff's calculations. (See 8/27/2026 Op. & Order, ECF No. 65, at 13.) Defendants' submission also shall indicate their position as to whether an evidentiary hearing is required and the bas is for such hearing. (See id. at 12-13.) 3. Plaintiff shall file its response to Defendants' submission no later than October 9, 2026, which also shall include its position as to whether an evidentiary hearing is required. 4. TEXT ORDER: According to the docket, numerous Defendants have not yet appeared in this matter and have not responded to the complaint. See Docket. Summonses and G.O. 25 were issued by the Court on 6/3/2026. See Dkt. Nos. 2 & 3 . The deadline for Plaintiffs to complete service has expired. See Docket. The Rule 16 Initial Conference is STAYED without date. No later than 9/16/2026, all parties shall file a detailed Joint status report, which is to be filed by Plaintiffs, advising the Court as to (1) status of completion of service of process on each Defendant, (2) listing of each Defendant that has been properly served, (3) listing of each Defendant that has not yet been served, (4) listing of each Defendant that is in default, and (5) any other status of this litigation at this time. No later than 9/16/2026, Plaintiff shall request Clerks Entry of Default for any Defendant that has been properly served and as to which the deadline to respond to the complaint has expired.
