In addition, to the extent that that parties are willing to stipulate to conditionally certify a broader putative class than originally proposed, the parties are directed to file a joint stipulation (defining the scope of the class) on the docket by 8/28/26. Further, to the extent that the parties are will to stipulate to tolling the statute of limitations, a separate joint stipulation as to tolling must be filed on the docket by 8/28/26. Lastly, to the extent that the parties seek to extend the period of time to conduct ADR, they are directly to file a joint motion to extend the time to complete ADR by 8/28/26.
