1 - Scheduling
ORDER by Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai: The Court ADOPTS the deadlines in the parties' Joint Rule 26 Report, ECF No. 7 . Deadline to file all pleadings and join all claims, remedies, and parties is July 31, 2026. Fact discovery shall be completed no later than October 30, 2026. Expert disclosures are due no later than November 27, 2026. Rebuttal expert disclosures are due January 8, 2027. All expert discovery shall be completed no later than February 5, 2027. Dispositive motions are due no later than March 5, 2027. Parties shall confer as to ADR by March 5, 2027 and file a Joint ADR Report by April 2, 2027, or 30 days after ruling on dispositive motions are resolved, if any are filed. The Court will set additional deadlines as necessary following the Court's ruling on dispositive motions. (bd)
