ORDER granting 15 Motion to Amend Scheduling Order. If Plaintiff intends to amend its complaint before the current Defendants file their responses to the complaint, Plaintiff shall file the amended complaint on or before September 16, 2026. Defendants shall file their responses to the complaint/amended complaint, which responses could consist of motions to dismiss, on or before October 30, 2026. If a defendant files a motion to dismiss as a responsive pleading, Plaintiff shall file its response to the motion on or before November 30, 2026, and said defendant(s) shall file a reply in support of the motion on or before December 11, 2026.
