ORDER. The Respondents must produce this data, information, and communications to counsel for Mkrtchyan by September 21, 2026. The forensic examiner is to release the data, information, and communications to counsel for Mkrtchyan at the examiner's earliest convenience, and no later than September 28, 2026. The Respondents must reimburse Mkrtchyan $40,000 for the reasonable cost of the forensic examination, which was made necessary by the Respondents conduct, by September 30, 2026. The Respondents are jointly and severally liable to Mkrtchyan for $8,563 in attorneys' fees, which the court finds are reasonable and were necessarily incurred by the Respondents' conduct, and which must also be paid by September 30, 2026.
