AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER: The Scheduling Order, filed September 15, 2025 (Dkt. 17), is amended as follows: 1. Non-expert depositions shall be completed by October 1, 2026. a. Depositions shall proceed concurrently. b. Whenever possible, unless counsel agree otherwise or the Court so orders, nonparty depositions shall follow party depositions. 2. Supplemental interrogatories, shall be served no later than August 1, 2026 3. Plaintiffs Independent Medical Exam(s) to be completed by November 1, 2026. 4. Affirmative Expert Reports to be served no later than December 1, 2026. 5. Rebuttal Expert Reports to be served no later than December 15, 2026. 6. Expert Depositions shall be completed by December 30, 2026. 7. All discovery shall be completed by December 30, 2026. 8. Any motions shall be filed in accordance with the Court's Individual Practices. 9. This Civil Case Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order may not be changed without leave of Court (or the assigned Magistrate Judge acting under a specific order of reference).
