ORDER by Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak on 7/23/2026, re: 24 Plaintiff's Second Unopposed Motion to Remand is GRANTED. For purposes of 28 U.S.C. § 1332, Defendant American Auto Transport, LLC is a citizen of Colorado, as confirmed by defense counsel in the July 15, 2026, status conference. See Siloam Springs Hotel, LLC v. Century Sur. Co., 781 F.3d 1233, 1237-38 (10th Cir. 2015) (LLC is citizen of every state in which one of its members is a citizen); McCray v. Lockheed Martin Corp., No. 1:19-cv-02270-DDD-NRN, 2019 WL 13199892, at *2 (D. Colo. Oct. 29, 2019) (to determine LLC citizenship, party must "drill down through each layer of ownership, showing the citizenship of each member of each component limited-liability corporation that, collectively, comprise [the party]"). Plaintiff is also a citizen of Colorado. [See #13 at 2] There is thus not complete diversity, which means this Court does not have jurisdiction over the case, and it is REMANDED to the District Court for Adams County, Colorado.
