Counsel shall serve a copy of this Order on Plaintiffs and thereafter file a proof of service. The proof of service must provide Plaintiffs contact information, including their mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers, which the Clerk shall use to populate the CM/ECF record. Counsel will be deemed withdrawn as counsel of record upon filing the proof of service. (lc)
