ORDER: Before the Court is Defendants KLMPIP LLC, Karrie LaSarah Montgomery, and Nathan Montgomery's Motion for Extension of Time to Secure Counsel and, if necessary to Answer, ECF No. 14 . Defendants assert that they have not yet been able to secure counsel. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The Motion for Extension of Time to Secure Counsel and, if necessary to Answer, ECF No. 14 , is GRANTED. Defendants KLMPIP LLC, Karrie LaSarah Montgomery, and Nathan Montgomery shall obtain counsel who shall enter a notice of appearance and file an amended answer on or before September 14, 2026. Defendants Karrie LaSarah Montgomery and Nathan Montgomery may proceed pro se if they fail to obtain counsel and have counsel file a notice of appearance. Defendant KLMPIP LLC is cautioned that if it fails to obtain new counsel and have counsel file a notice of appearance, it may be subject to default proceedings. See United States v.
