ORDER re 27 Settlement Agreement Report. The parties report having reached a settlement in principle. Accordingly all discovery deadlines are stayed and, by August 21, 2026, the parties shall file their motion for settlement agreement pursuant to Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, Inc., 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). The Cheeks motion shall include (1) a fully executed copy of the proposed settlement agreement, and any translated copies of the agreement, if applicable; (2) a letter brief of no more than five (5) pages that includes an analysis of the factors set forth in Wolinsky v. Scholastic Inc., 900 F. Supp. 2d 332, 335-36 (S.D.N.Y. 2012) and related cases; (3) an explanation of and documents related to Plaintiff's damages calculations; and (4) if attorneys' fees and costs are included in the settlement, time and billing records and receipts for Plaintiff's counsel and copies of any relevant retainer agreements, if applicable.
