The schedule is as follows: Fact Discovery closes 9/28/2026; Initial Expert Disclosures to be served by 9/28/2026; Initial Expert Reports to be served by 10/26/2026; Rebuttal Expert Reports to be served by 11/23/2026; Expert Discovery closes 12/14/2026; a letter confirming the close of discovery to be filed by 12/14/2026; Dispositive Motion Practice to commence by 1/11/2027, or Proposed JPTO to be filed by 2/12/2027. By 9/28/2026, counsel must file a discovery status letter which must address whether they request a referral to Court-annexed mediation.
